Heartstrings Youth Village is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending youth homelessness in Fort Bend County. We equip and empower youth with tools to achieve stability and nurture resiliency.

The Hiatus Program supports the informal matching that the youth conduct within their own networks of support. Once housed, we work with the youth-host pair to maintain the stability of the home while concurrently working to get the youth reunified in their familial homes.
Helping Harvey Impacted Youth & HOsts
In 2019, Heartstrings Youth Village was awarded a capacity building grant from Texas Network of Youth Services (TNOYS) to ensure the work we're doing to end youth homelessness will sustain for years to come.
