Providing immediate housing, mental health counseling, and other social service interventions for homeless teenagers who need it, and who may fall through the cracks in the existing network of services in Fort Bend County.

Who are we

We are comprised of community members who joined together to address the growing need to support youth living out of home in the east region of Fort Bend County.

Shelter & Support

Heartstrings Youth Village is an Emergency Program that offers supportive temporary sanctuary for homeless, runaway and abandoned youth from 13-17 years old in Fort Bend County, TX.

With our organization’s mission always in mind, we strive to identify a safe space for youth of Fort Bend County who encounter circumstances that prevent them from living at home.

2019 Heartstrings

We are striving hard to raise money for our brick and mortar emergency shelter. Our goal is to be able to provide safety and stability for displaced and homeless youth seeking temporary emergency shelter while the transition their way back home, to family or permanency.
