Case Management Support Services

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic case management support services have become available virtually. We are able to provide services address a variety of needs including:

temporary supportive housing

housing referrals,

rental assistance,

stipends for food,

financial assistance,

job readiness training,

host stipends

education support,

counseling, and

independent living skills workshops.

Location & Hours

Virtual services can be initiated by completing the Case Management Support Form or calling/texting 832-899-4966

Monday - Friday: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
